Everything Savory Cauliflower

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets

1 1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Juice of 1/2 lime

1 tablespoon Everything Savory Blend

Salt and pepper, to taste

Cauliflower, with my Everything Savory Power Spice Blend, is a flavor-packed side dish that becomes so easy to prepare you’ll have this one on autopilot. It’s both of my daughters favorite veggie dish that I serve at least twice a week and I love knowing that by power spicing it, I have dramatically elevated the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant value of this cruciferous veg every time it’s served!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss cauliflower in olive oil, lime juice, and spice blend. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Transfer to sheet pan.
  3. Bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cauliflower is tender and beginning to brown.
