What is the goal of the program?

To translate scientific nutrition into an easy action plan so you can forever change how you think about what you choose to put in your body. 

We give you a realistic and doable nutritional roadmap so you know what to eat, what to buy, and how to put it together in the simplest way possible for the clarity and confidence you need for long term sustainability. 

The key is to introduce each nutritional concept with a phased approach to prevent you from feeling overwhelmed and to ensure long term sustainability. 

We always tell people that it’s not just about knowing what to do, but rather having a simple action plan along with the support and accountability to make it happen for you.

Can I participate in this program if I’m not interested in weight loss?

Absolutely. Whether you’re here for weight loss or weight maintenance, our members have a shared goal - to obtain a cancer protective method that incorporates ways to reduce body inflammation, modulate blood sugar, and other strategies to prevent chronic disease.

The Beller Method is set up so that members can easily switch between weight loss or maintenance, if needed, by simply being more liberal with portions within the method.

What is the time commitment?

The majority of our participants are busy with work and family, so we integrate new concepts in a phased approach.  Although the class materials get released at a certain time every week - these are not mandatory live classes and can be viewed and reviewed any time at your convenience. 

This is at your pace, we are available to support you along the way via the group message board or during our weekly live office hours so you can take the time you need.  We find that it’s better to master one thing before moving on to another. Some people may need extra time to do certain parts of the program - that’s totally fine! 

We also hold live supportive education zoom meetings which you are welcome to attend but they are not mandatory and are recorded so you can view at your convenience.

Although daily engagement with Rachel and the team is encouraged, it is not mandatory.  The advantage of engaging is so that you can receive personal feedback related to your progress, and your personal intake.  Some of our participants prefer to enjoy the group feed engagement for its nutrition tips and to get inspired by what the others are sharing in reference to meals, snacks, beverages, products, and more.

Is this class live or taped?

The core educational components are recorded and available at your convenience.  We do have a live component via our live Zoom office hours and also our live educational meetings with Rachel, but if you can’t make it, the recordings will be made available to you. Our team is available through an active daily feed for you to engage and learn with us. 

There are no mandatory scheduled components as it's important for us to make this work for your busy lifestyle.

What will happen after I register?

First, you will receive an email from our secure portal inviting you to create an account. Once you are on the portal you will have immediate access to the initial phase of class materials. Plus, you will get simple instructions to help you navigate our community with ease.

Where, when, and how details?

Where – This class is 100% online – but the magic is the daily personal ‘hands-on’ approach from Rachel and her team, plus interaction with a group of like-minded women.

When – Enroll anytime - this program is available at your convenience, and accessible 24/7 on your own time.

Why – Women who struggle with losing excess body weight or have been touched by breast cancer often seek a higher level of nutrition support – but find it difficult to get credible yet personalized support – without paying for private 1:1 counseling from a credentialed Registered Dietitian Nutritionisit.

How – We use a phased approach to roll out our class agenda or ‘method’ to ensure members are grasping the new concepts and actually putting them into action with full 24/7 access to our portal and resources. Members from across the globe have a high success rate and find great value in the ongoing nutritional support and accountability.

Will my name, face, or weight be publicly displayed?

First of all, this is a private group hosted on a secure portal. This is NOT linked to a Facebook group, Instagram, or any other social media. Within our 100% private secure group of like-minded members, only your first name and last name initial will be displayed to other members. You are never required to share a picture of yourself or share your current weight with the group. During Zoom calls you are always welcome to hide your name and face if that makes you feel more comfortable. 

One of our primary objectives is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for members to share their journey. The more safe a member feels, the easier it is for them to share, interact and receive the help they need.

What technology platforms are used to participate in this class?

We utilize a secure platform which is available both on your desktop and as a mobile app. It is very easy to use and allows for messaging with our team. It also provides access to the group feed so you can engage daily to ask questions, share your meals and snacks for feedback and receive nutrition tips, food product recommendations and more. The portal also provides you easy access to all the educational modules at all times.
