Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened plant milk

1 teaspoon Morning Boost Blend

1 shot espresso, optional

½ tsp date syrup, optional

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high 10 seconds (you can also use a handheld frother), until frothy. 
  3. Heat to desired temperature.
