Bring bold Middle Eastern-inspired flavor to your table in minutes with Beller Nutrition Simply Shawarma Spice Synergy Blend. This easy recipe is perfect for busy weeknights and pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables, hummus, chopped salads, and tahini sauce.

Directions

Place the chicken in a large bowl. Add the Simply Shawarma Spice Synergy Blend and toss until the chicken is evenly coated.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and sauté until softened and lightly caramelized. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Add the remaining olive oil to the skillet. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. For the best texture, avoid covering the pan while cooking.

Return the onions to the skillet and toss with the chicken. Remove from heat and serve.

Serve with roasted vegetables, hummus, cucumber and tomato salad, tahini sauce, or stuffed into a wrap or pita.

  • Black pepper may enhance the absorption of curcumin in turmeric by up to 2,000%.
  • Garlic and onion have both been linked to lower breast cancer risk — they have been shown to have biologically active compounds that may potentially inhibit carcinogens, protect cell DNA, and suppress tumor cell proliferation.
  • Paprika contains the antioxidants capsaicin, beta-carotene, and zeaxanthin, plus compounds such as capsanthin and capsorubin — exclusively found in paprika — which may reduce chronic inflammation.
