Directions

  1. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add your choice of vegetables to the skillet and sauté until crisp-tender.
  3. Stir in your choice of cooked grain, chia seeds, and spice blend. Sauté 2 additional minutes, just until grain is heated through.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
