1 cup rolled oats
1 cup plant-based milk (i.e. soy, cashew, etc.)
1 ripe banana
1 whole organic egg or 2 egg whites or 1 Vegan Flax Egg (see Note)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1.5 teaspoon Cinnapeel Spicer Blend
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 to 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup (optional)
Note: Vegan Flax Egg: Mix 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed with 2 ½ tablespoons water. Let rest for 5 minutes to thicken before using.
